Paneer Protein Bowl

A vegetarian powerhouse bowl combining marinated paneer with fiber-rich grains and veggies.

Ingredients:

  • Protein: 100g Paneer (cubed).

  • Grains: 1/2 cup Cooked brown rice.

  • Veg: 1/2 cup Bell peppers (sliced), 1/4 cup Green peas.

  • Flavor: 1 tsp Olive oil, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, salt to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Sear: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and turmeric, then toss in the paneer cubes. Fry until the edges are golden.

  2. Veg: Add the bell peppers and peas to the same pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender.

  3. Assemble: Place the warm brown rice at the bottom of a bowl.

  4. Serve: Top with the golden paneer and sautéed vegetables. Season with a crack of black pepper.
