
Keto Egg Delight
A high-fat, low-carb breakfast classic featuring fluffy eggs and savory seasonings for keto lovers.

Ingredients:
Base: 3 Large eggs.
Fats: 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 Avocado (sliced), 1 tbsp Butter or Ghee.
Veg: 1/2 cup Sautéed mushrooms, 1 cup Fresh baby spinach.
Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (optional).
Instructions:
Sauté: Melt butter in a non-stick skillet. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, then add spinach until wilted.
Cook Eggs: Whisk the eggs and pour them into the skillet over the vegetables.
Fold: Once the eggs begin to set, sprinkle the cheese on top. Gently scramble or fold into an omelet.
Serve: Slide onto a plate and serve with fresh avocado slices and a pinch of chili flakes.
