Chicken Stir Fry

A high-protein, savory stir-fry with lean chicken and vibrant vegetables in a light soy glaze.

Ingredients:

  • Protein: 150g Chicken breast (cubed).

  • Veg: 1 cup Broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced Carrots, 1/2 Red bell pepper.

  • Sauce: 1 tbsp Low-sodium Soy sauce, 1 tsp Minced Ginger, 1 tsp Sesame oil.

  • Garnish: Sesame seeds.

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

  2. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides (about 6 minutes).

  3. Throw in the broccoli, carrots, and peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until veggies are tender but still bright.

  4. Pour in the soy sauce and minced ginger; toss for 1 minute until the sauce glazes the chicken.

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
