Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Fruit: 1 cup Mixed frozen berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries).

  • Liquid: 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk.

  • Protein: 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt.

  • Boost: 1 tsp Chia seeds.

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk and Greek yogurt to your blender first (to help it blend smoothly).

  2. Add the frozen berries and chia seeds on top.

  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until perfectly smooth.
